How Will the IVA Application Process Work?
Getting an IVA to work for insolvency needs is easy to do. A person will need to consult a CCS practitioner for help. This practitioner can work as a representative for the client. An interim order can then be issued to where the creditors will not take action and file a bankruptcy petition. A proper series of proposals for paying off all of one’s debts in full can then be created. These proposals will be used to ensure that a person will have the power to take care of an application so the IVA can actually work out right. After the proposals are reviewed by creditors a proper agreement can be set for an IVA.
